GIMP is multi-platform pictures manipulator. GIMP is one of application which used to manipulate pictures, include : photo retouching. pictures composition (color balance), and also pictures reconstructing.
The advantage of GIMP is available for many operation systems like Microsoft Windows and Apple's Mac OS X (Darwin).
GIMP is a free software application which included of General Public License (GPL). GPL allows user to access and change the source code of computer programmer,that's why GIMP is usually called non-committed program.
